Warranty Coverage:
Fence Installations
We guarantee that all new fence installations are free from workmanship defects for 12 months from the completion date.
Coverage includes:
- Structural Integrity: Posts, rails, and panels installed by Raptor Services will remain secure and stable under normal use and weather conditions.
- Alignment & Leveling: Fence lines and gates will maintain proper alignment and operation.
- Material Failure: If a defect in materials supplied by Raptor Services results in failure within the warranty period, we’ll replace or repair the affected sections at no cost.
Fence Repairs
All repair work performed by Raptor Services is covered by our 1-year workmanship warranty.
Coverage includes:
- Proper installation of replacement boards, posts, or rails.
- Secure and functional gate operation (if repaired or adjusted by us).
- Correction of any workmanship-related issues that arise within the warranty period.
Fence Staining
We also stand behind our professional staining and finishing services.
Coverage includes:
- Peeling or Cracking: Stain will not peel or crack due to improper application or product failure within 12 months of completion.
- Fading or Discoloration: Covers significant fading or uneven color changes caused by product failure (not natural aging).
- Workmanship: Any uneven application, missed spots, or similar issues will be corrected free of charge.
Exclusions
While we strive for the highest standards, some conditions are beyond our control and not covered by this warranty:
- Normal Wear & Tear: Natural fading, graying, or minor warping due to aging and UV exposure.
- Environmental or External Damage: Damage caused by severe weather (hail, flooding, high winds), impact, vandalism, fire, or water exposure from sprinklers.
- Wood Properties: Natural wood movement, minor cracking (checking), or small splits less than 6 inches are common in outdoor wood products.
- Third-Party Modifications: Any alterations, attachments, or repairs made by other contractors or the property owner void the warranty.
- Maintenance Neglect: Failure to maintain the structure or finish as recommended.
- Intentional or Accidental Damage: Any damage caused intentionally or unintentionally by the homeowner, pets, vehicles, or other third parties.
Transferability
Our 1-year workmanship warranty is fully transferable to a new property owner within the warranty period. This means your investment continues to add value to your property, even if you decide to sell. The warranty remains effective from the original completion date.
Maintenance Recommendations
Proper care extends the lifespan and appearance of your fence:
- Keep your fence clear of consistent water exposure (e.g., sprinklers).
- Regularly clean your fence to prevent mildew or dirt buildup.
- Trim vegetation away from the fence line to maintain airflow and reduce moisture retention.
- Re-stain your fence every 3–5 years to preserve protection and curb appeal.
