Terms and Conditions
Please read to the end:
All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. After that, prices may be subject to change based on material costs or labor availability.
The estimate includes only the work described in the proposal. Any changes or additions requested by the client after the estimate is approved may result in additional charges and will require a written change order.
Quoted prices are based on current market rates for materials. If there are significant increases in material costs before the project begins, Raptor Services reserves the right to revise the estimate.
Client agrees to provide Raptor Services unrestricted access to the job site during normal working hours for the duration of the project. This includes access to driveways, fences, and any gates necessary to complete the work.
The client is responsible for obtaining any required permits or homeowners association (HOA) approvals unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Raptor Services is not responsible for any unmarked private utilities such as irrigation systems, lighting, or pool lines unless disclosed in writing by the client.
A deposit of 50% is due upon acceptance of the estimate. The remaining balance(s) is/are due upon project or phase completions. Late payments may be subject to a service fee.
Estimated start and completion dates are subject to change due to weather, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Raptor Services will communicate any delays promptly.
We offer a 1-year workmanship warranty on all projects and/or installations. Material warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Improper maintenance or third-party modifications may void the warranty.
Raptor Services is not responsible for moving any obstacles and/or debris from specified project areas, and will kindly ask homeowners to take due diligence of creating a secure work environment for the safety of our team.
Raptor Services will remove construction debris and excess materials upon project completion. Final cleanup does not include landscaping restoration unless specifically outlined in the scope of work.
If the client cancels the project after materials have been ordered or work has begun, the deposit will not be refundable.
Raptor Services is not liable for incidental damage to underground utilities or landscaping unless caused by gross negligence.
